Caption Doctor helps people inspect existing Arabic and English subtitle files before importing them into an editor. It combines mechanical timing checks with explanations of mixed-direction text.
The tool does not offer arbitrary video transcription, translation, speech recognition or professional editing services. The working title is provisional. No testimonials, traffic or earnings claims are made.

L’outil vous aide à vérifier des fichiers de sous-titres arabes et anglais existants avant leur import dans un éditeur. Il associe des contrôles mécaniques de minutage à des explications sur les textes bidirectionnels. L’interface est disponible en anglais, arabe et français ; changer sa langue ne traduit pas les sous-titres.
L’outil ne propose pas de transcription vidéo, de traduction, de reconnaissance vocale ni de services de montage professionnel. Aucun faux témoignage ni aucune affirmation de fréquentation ou de revenus ne sont présentés.
